  • Fill out the contact form or book our services.
  • Contact us via email, phone or social media.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback via email.

How will we use your data?

detox Wirral collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your booking.

detox Wirral securely stores your data through the third party company Shopify that helps us to manage our contacts, and to produce and send out our newsletters. We provide these communications on the basis that you are an existing customer that has used our services (soft opt in).

detox Wirral will keep your personal identification information for five years after your last interaction with us. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.

Marketing

detox Wirral would like to send you information about our services that we think you might like (via our newsletters) or contact you for market research purposes (such as feedback requests). We will only use your personal information in this way in accordance with laws relating to marketing directly to individuals, and in the pursuit of our legitimate interest in marketing our business.

We are using the third party provider Shopify to manage our Newsletter and market research requests.
