We are a family-run business that has grown up just a stone’s throw away from the beaches of the Wirral peninsula, with a strong connection to the local community and coastline.

With a professional background in mental health and wellbeing, we have seen first-hand the powerful mental and physical benefits of sauna use - particularly hot and cold therapy. What started as a personal interest quickly became a passion, and then a business, driven by a desire to make these benefits more accessible to others.

Our business was created as a welcoming space where people can slow down, reset and take time for themselves.
